Returns & Exchanges

At Penny Gum Baby we strive to offer a great service with amazing products and we really want you to love what you have ordered. So if for any reason you find your purchase is not suitable we will endeavor to assist you with an exchange.

How can I claim for my item (s) to be returned?

Please email us within 2 working days of receiving your items. Return requests made outside this time may not be considered. In your email please provide the following:

  • Your invoice/ receipt number
  • Your name
  • Your contact details
  • The item(s) you would like to return
  • The reason you are returning the item(s)

Penny Gum Baby will confirm via email whether your item(s) can be returned. Once you have received confirmation please return the item to Penny Gum Baby within 14 days. We will only accept goods returned in proper condition, in original packaging, unused and tag still attached. The original shipping charges are not refundable. If you are exchanging for an alternative item/size a new shipping charge will be applied. We will only refund shipping charges if we’ve sent you the wrong item or if the item sent is deemed to be faulty. Once the item is received by Penny Gum Baby, a store credit will be offered with a credit code.

GIFT EXCHANGE

Gifts can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase with the same value when the goods are exchanged, or towards a higher priced item with any additional cash to be payable. Follow the return procedure mentioned above and if you don’t have the receipt/ order number, just include the buyer full contact and we will trace the receipt/ order number.

PLEASE NOTE: For sanitary reasons, we cannot accept the return of any breastfeeding, baby teether products, or pacifiers.

BOXED ITEMS

Items presented in a branded box must be returned unmarked in their original, undamaged packaging as this is considered part of the product and considered unfit for resale if the packaging is damaged. Please note that items returned without their box or in a damaged box will not be accepted.

FAULTY GOODS

An item(s) is deemed faulty if it is received damaged or has a manufacturing fault that is immediately evident. Where possible the item(s) will be repaired or replaced for the same product, in the same size and colour, subject to availability. If the item(s) cannot be repaired or replaced for the same item, an exchange will be offered, or a store credit will be issued.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

You are free to cancel your order at any time before delivery of the items(s). You will be refunded the full amount paid including delivery charges if cancelled prior to dispatch. Refunds will take place as store credit.

Please notify us of your cancellation in writing by emailing us your confirmation email to info@pennygumbaby.com. In the instance where your order has already been delivered to you, please follow the above steps as for a return.

PLEASE NOTE: sale items are excluded from this policy and cannot be returned unless obviously faulty or damaged.
